As modern life speeds up, many people are feeling a little lost or flat, becoming disconnected from who and what they are, and increasingly living life by referencing, following and comparing themselves to that which is outside of themselves (e.g. others in media, work, peers, societal values at large).

When we start to use wellbeing practices in a deliberate and reflective way; we dive into understanding ourselves, our individual needs, patterns and unique gifts better, giving ourselves the insight and resource to live a truly well rounded, full colour life.

Re-establishing and maintaining connection with our physical, mental and emotional lives (experiencing inner fluctuations, perspective and strength and adapting to and building on those effectively) expands our capacity to have stronger, more fulfilling relationships with partners, parents, children, colleagues, communities and the entire world around us by laying the fundamental groundwork firstly within ourselves.

The techniques that I weave together to encourage you to replenish and reconnect with yourself have many other added benefits aside:

  • Reduction in the effects of stress

  • Resiliency increase

  • Improved recovery from illness, injury and fatigue

  • Regeneration for mind, body and otherwise

  • Overall balance across these areas

  • Better sleep

  • Increased energy

  • Uplift in outlook/positivity

  • Improved focus

  • Higher productivity

  • Greater access to calm

  • Reduced anxiety

  • Better digestion

“It was when I stopped searching for home within others and lifted the foundations of home within myself I found that there were no roots more intimate than those between a mind and a body that have decided to be whole”
